Richard P. Ream

Mr. Ream has over thirty years experience in identifying, hiring and building sales and marketing organizations in the electronic publishing and computer industries. He has held senior management positions in several companies including Vice President Worldwide Sales and Service for Dialog Corp. a $350M on-line information services company. Most recently he served as Vice President of Regional Sales for Prosoft I-Net Solutions. Prosoft opened over 40 technical training centers focused on delivering Internet/Intranet Training. This was accomplished through a combination of direct and channel supported operations.

Prior to Prosoft Mr. Ream was Vice President of Marketing and Channel Development for CBT Group (now Smartforce), a leading provider of interactive software designed to meet business/information technology education and training needs. Mr. Ream began his career with IBM and has held senior management positions in several other computer and software-related companies. Rich holds a degree from Allegheny College and has done graduate work at The University of Michigan, The Harvard Business School, and California Institute of Technology.

K. Ronald Calef

Ron brings over twenty-five years of management and recruiting experience to RMC's clients. His background includes 12 years in retailing management with Sears Roebuck & Company, and five years as a professional executive recruiter with KPMG and Bartholdi & Company. Ron has also served as Director of Recruiting for NETG (formerly Deltak), Director of Sales and Service and Western Regional Manager for IT Sales for the same firm. Most recently, Ron has managed a successful custom training development company serving such diverse clients as IBM, Hewlett Packard, Apple Computer, Deloitte & Touche, GTE, Visa USA and Chevron. Ron has key functional experience in sales and marketing and a strong background in the training and education industry. Ron holds a BA degree from the University of Maine.

William J. Williams

Bill has more than twenty-five years experience in executive roles for technology companies.  Recognized for creative problem resolution, he has maximized financial performance in fast growth as well as turn-around situations by successfully recruiting, selecting and building high performance teams to function across the spectrum of business operations.

Most recently Vice President of Software Services and Education for Navision Software U.S., Bill also has held Vice President level positions with Prentice Hall Professional Software and Deltak (now NETg). Bill graduated from the University of Nebraska after serving four years as an officer in the United States Army. 

R. Thomas Spurr

Tom is a senior executive with thirty plus years of broad IT industry experience including software, services, telecommunications, the Internet, and hardware. His experience spans the U.S. and all major industry segments. He has over 12 years of technology training industry experience. In the late 70’s and early 80’s, rising to the position of National Sales Manager, Tom played an important role in the explosive growth of Dr. Gerald R. Wagner’s Execucom Systems, one of the largest software companies of that era. He later served as a consultant to Dr. Wagner in the formation of Collaborative Technologies, Milagro Systems, and Strategic Dialogs, Inc. He was the principle author of Strategic Dialogs’ business plan resulting in the company’s initial venture capital funding. Recently, as Vice President of Channel Strategy for Prosoft I-Net Solutions, a publicly held Internet training company, Tom engineered and implemented a distribution agreement with The Gartner Group, the first such agreement, whereby Gartner’s outstanding distribution organization sold a third party product. He was a member of the senior management team at Prosoft and was instrumental in definition and development of their distribution strategies. Tom holds a degree from The University of Notre Dame.

Nicholas Paget-Brown

Nicholas Paget-Brown has seventeen years experience in sales, marketing management and consultancy within the UK business information industry. He was appointed the first UK Country Manager for Dialog (subsequently Knight Ridder Information), responsible for establishing a presence within the UK and, in particular, the City of London financial markets. Previously he was International Sales Development Manager within the Business Information Division of Reuters ad Sales and Marketing Manager at Finsbury Data which developed the Textline business information and news database. In each role his responsibilities have included hiring and managing effective sales and support staff. He has recently worked on a range of research and consultancy projects in London.
